NYC - First Impression

First day impression, captured by Miss Doodle's secretary after a wonderful first day in the city that never sleeps (she forgot to put some yellow cabs into the drawing, this is unforgivable)/

Miss Doodle, of course, knows it all as she has been to New York already... and invites you to play a little game: can you make her out in the crowd?

grand illo! I enjoyed my journey down the busy street. I think I ran into Miss Doodle, but then again, I saw many fine folk.

Oh yes I do see Miss Doodle in the crowd.. in the Red dress. I was almost expecting to see her flying. :)

Is that Miss Doodle standing in the midst of the right hand traffic lane thus risking life and limb?

As-tu profité de Times Square piéton ? De la balade sur la Highline ? ..... Enfin, j'ai hâte que tu nous raconte tout cela en dessin ;)

Yes, she's in the red dress in the bottom right corner. And I haven't even read anybody else's answers yet.
This is a GREAT sketch, Andrea! So busy, as I'm sure New York is.

Oh Miss Doodle - I get nervous just looking at this picture. I hated the crowds, and the traffic and the noise and the taxis ---- squeeeeeeeee! It hurt my brain and made me dizzy. There's no place like home! Blaise three times rescued Sabrina (1 time) and I (2 times) from being run over - true story! A mean man got out of his car and started yelling at Sabrina. Not nice at all. :(

Ms. Doodle should be flying over the crowd - up in the sky - where it is quiet and peaceful - looking down from a safe distance.

Bonjour Miss Doodle! I apologize for leaving this in your comment section but I couldn't find an email. My blog Return To Myself has been getting some unwanted visitors so I'm going to invite only for now. If you'd like a reader invite, just send me an email. Thanks! ; )
