Monday, April 14th, 2008 - Colour chart n° 1

Miss Doodle is back in Paris.
She is working on the colour charts for her new private collection.
The very first thing to do is to create a sort of orientation-chart with the colours we use.
Then we have to work on the development of the colourways (blend and alter the colours) we want to use for the collection.
Please find hereunder the first swatches we did on ivory-coloured paper (which is our well-known Moleskine carnet:)

Greetings from Miss Doodle and her secretary!

Miss doodle. YOur trip away has inspired you to be so creative. Love all these colors and you are so funny Miss D. the way you demonstrate the samples. These two pages seen together are just stunning. As are you Miss D and your many inspiring outfits and poses.

Love your red boots.

Ohhh, this is so great! I love the way this color study looks! This is such a tease for the new line!

Miss D...you did more in NYC than we know, uh? :) You must be swamped with so much to do and so much wanting to come out the end of your brush!

Thanks so much, Miss Doodle

All these paintings I am just now catching up on are grand. I love how Ms Doodles hair flys in the wind. All so clever and well done.

Miss Doodle, l am trying again as blogger lost my message. You love my favourite ones lime green and red, if you need a rest try to have red things around as its the meditation colour and my postman told me as he is a buddist but miss doodle l think it keeps you warm because he wears shorts all the time even in WINTER.
