Andrea [AKA] Miss Doodles,
Oh to be away from this screen flying a kite. Soon I will wander out to plant more flowers in my photographic garden. What a lovely way of describing my work. thank you. Your post to the Muse and the tree [blogger respond not working the day I put tree and poem up] is now up it took some computer scrambling as in the moment I clicked publish post my site went off line. Leaving your comment unseen. Trees have no nationality maybe that is why they live so long. peace Peter

Miss Doodle and Secretary! These paintings are so beautiful and so welcoming to the Spring Season! I love how your dresses, Miss D, look a lot like the kites...how much fun is that?

I think, like your secretary, you have a need to soar out of the city for a little bit!

Thank you for taking me on a little trip each day with your beautiful paintings and exciting adventures!

Ahhh what fun it is to fly a kite. I remember doing that as a teenager. We were sitting around bored when a friends mom said, being funny, "why don't you go fly a kite". So we did and had a ball.
Love the birds eye view on the ground of what is going on too.

Lovely. I too love the view from the bird's eye. It sure is almost too windy here today to fly a kite. But yesterday I saw the children from down the road out in the field launching a kite.

Lovely paints too.

HB, tashakor, for your lovely comments, yes it helps imagining flying the kite, like a meditation.

Cris, I went with my older brother and my father, but never had the right to touch the kite and to fly it, (they built it:) cause I was too little, and when I was big enough, my brother wasn't interested anymore. I guess I have to find myself a kite next week, when I'm going to Germany to see my parents, so that I can try to fly away with it. Lovely idea.

Suki, I image your tranquil country with you and kids trying to fly the kite in stormy weather. I'd like to be there sometimes, NH seems so original. Genuin. perhaps it's just an idea but I imagine it pure.

Flying kites. What fun.

I'll be visiting my 3.5 year old grand daughter, Iris very soon and have planned to take kites. I'm guessing she will be amazed.

That Miss Doodle, she is such a fun spirited, party girl.

Wow, I haven't flown a kite in years. I need to remedy that.

I am just reading about two people that make kite's and they make them strong enough now to lift the person of the ground and ski kites that that lift you with ski'es on as well. What would wrorry me is how you get back onto the ground again.

The kite's viewpoint is wonderful! Hope Miss Doodle's recovering from her translations--
